My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong was filled with very nice highs and a few lows. The views were absolutely stunning, especially from my corner room on the 117th floor, and the staff were overwhelmingly friendly and attentive. But there were a few hiccups, like the long elevator waits and the mediocre breakfast buffet that didn't meet my expectations for a luxury hotel. Overall, I would recommend it for the views and service, but there's room for improvement in some areas.

Rooms
9.0
My Deluxe Victoria Harbor King Room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered magnificent views. I loved the separate bath and shower areas, which added a nice touch to the luxurious vibe.
Service
8.0
The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, offering small personal touches that made me feel valued. However, check-in lacked the usual escort to my room, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location on top of a shopping center was perfect for convenience, but getting there wasn't always easy due to unclear signage from the Elements mall.
Dining
6.0
While I had a good Dim Sum experience thanks to the concierge's efforts, the breakfast buffet left much to be desired. The food quality didn't match the hotel's luxurious reputation.
Facilities
8.0
The pool on the 118th floor was a standout, offering amazing views and a unique experience. However, long waits for the elevator were often frustrating as it became crowded with other visitors.

I had an absolutely very nice stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. From the jaw-dropping views of Victoria Harbour to the superb service from the staff, every moment was truly special. However, I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast buffet selection, which didn't quite meet the five-star expectations. Overall, this hotel has set a high bar for luxury stays.

I stayed in a Deluxe Victoria Harbor King Room, which was spacious and beautifully designed. The separate bath tub and shower setup was a nice touch, making it feel luxurious. The bed was super comfy, too!
Service
10.0
The service was great, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure I had a nice experience. They even surprised me with a birthday cake and room decor; the attention to detail was impressive.
Location
10.0
The location is perfect, right by the Kowloon MTR station and with stunning panoramic views from the 118th-floor pool. It felt safe and was super convenient for accessing the rest of the city.
Dining
8.0
Dining here was a highlight for sure. All the meals were delicious, and the restaurants offered amazing views. However, the breakfast buffet could use a bit of improvement; I was expecting more variety, especially with Hong Kong's famous dim sum.
Facilities
9.0
The facilities were fantastic, especially the pool on the 118th floor where I could swim with a view that felt straight out of a movie. The club lounge was lovely, but I wish there had been more food options available during breakfast.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. The room offered amazing views of Victoria Harbour, creating a peaceful sanctuary amidst the city's chaos. However, I did experience some inconsistency with room cleanliness, which was disappointing given the hotel's reputation for luxury.

Rooms
6.0
The room featured a stunning view of the harbor and was well-appointed with top-of-the-line amenities. Unfortunately, I encountered some cleanliness issues that detracted from the overall experience.
Service
8.0
Service was generally friendly and attentive, with staff like Anthony, Ruben, and Jacqueline going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. However, there were moments where the service fell short, particularly in the Club Lounge.
Location
8.0
The location atop a shopping mall was convenient for shopping and transportation links, making it easy to explore Hong Kong. However, being in a somewhat isolated area did limit my immediate options.
Dining
7.0
Dining options like Tin Lung Heen delivered an very nice culinary experience, though I found the breakfast offerings lacking in variety and taste. My visit to the Ozone bar was a highlight, with its stunning views and delicious drinks.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities included a fantastic fitness center and a beautiful indoor pool, though I felt the pool area could use a refresh. Room service and housekeeping were generally good, but some amenities were expected and not provided.

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong was a mix of highs and lows. While I was impressed by the stunning views and spacious room, I was let down by the cleanliness and service inconsistencies. The experience overall had moments of luxury but also several missteps that took away from the elegance I expected.

Rooms
5.0
I stayed in a Premier Executive Suite with a amazing view of Victoria Harbour. The room itself was well-appointed with a large tub, great closet space, and some modern amenities. However, I encountered cleanliness issues with hair and dust in unexpected places, which was disappointing.
Service
5.0
The service was hit or miss. At times, staff were attentive, but other moments felt neglectful, especially in the Club Lounge where I often had to chase down service. My experience at the spa was particularly lacking, with a massage that did not meet my expectations.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location in the International Commerce Centre is incredibly convenient. It's close to the Kowloon MTR station and connected to the Elements mall, making it easy to explore the area. Plus, the views from the higher floors are nothing short of lovely.
Dining
6.0
While some aspects of dining were enjoyable, like the offerings at Tin Lung Heen, the breakfast at the main dining area left a lot to be desired. I found it lacking in quality and variety compared to other 5-star experiences in Hong Kong.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel amenities were generally good, with a nice gym and an inviting spa. However, the convenience of certain facilities, like HDMI connections in the room, was hampered by short cables that made it frustrating to use tech in my suite.
